Tuna Macaroni Salad

Sometimes you’re in the mood for comfort food — something so basic that to post it on a food blog is almost laughable. Almost. This is a standby recipe for me, something I make when I’m not in the mood to cook. This is one of the recipes my family requests too.

Tuna Macaroni Salad

It’s very simple to make – just mix a pound of cooked elbows with two cans of Tongol tuna, a half dozen chopped hard boiled eggs, enough mayo to moisten it to your liking, and salt and dill weed to taste. I’m sure you could add other things too (like celery or onion), but this is the simple version. Enjoy!
