		<description>I just tried a variant of this for T&amp;C - I ended up making muffins and scones, and used a ton of roasted garlic instead of onions - we were making this for a friend who hates onions :)

It turned out tasty! Super chewy and pungent. And we liked the yeasty flavour from the beer. Next time, we want to kick it up with some minced jalapenos.
