We love "Skyline Chili"!! Five way, of course. But I must say that I didn't know that cinnamon was a feature - I've never had the real thing. So next time we make it, we'll have to add a little cinnamon.

I also like the idea of the chocolate. It must make it even richer in flavour.

P.S. We can't get oyster crackers in Canada (or at least I don't know where they are) but there is a similar thing called "fishy crackers" (I think). We've also discovered that lightly spraying regular soda crackers with olive oil and baking them til they're golden and crispy is a reasonable facsimile for the crackers.

Lovely recipe. I've never thought to have spaghetti with chilli - in Australia we always serve with rice, corn chips, empanadas or taco shells, but I'm imagining it goes VERY well.

I don't think I've ever had Cincinnati chili before, so I can't actually pick out which spices are out of place. Looks tasty, though!
