		<description>You did not mention that the beans you used were actually Italian green beans.  They are much flatter and larger than regular beans and in my opinion, the best thing going!</description>

		<description>This looks delish! You crack me up too.. sometimes I change this or that in a Cooking Light recipe as well.. and yeah, it ends up being &quot;not quite&quot; as healthy as the original version. hee!  They do have some awesome recipes though! :D</description>
