		<description>That dish looks great. I&#039;ll have to try it sometime. I&#039;m curious about one thing, though. The pasta in the picture looks more like garganelle than fussili. Does the package actually list them as fussili?

I just answered my own question by clicking the link for Isola. I wonder why they call the fussili whem there&#039;s no spiral shape to them? Garganelle, which translates  roughly as esophogus, seems a more apt description to this shape I think.

Incidently, did I see you post recently on Frank Bruni&#039;s blog at the NY Times website? I read that blog all the time.</description>
