I think ice cream is my biggest weakness. I recently made Armagnac and prune ice cream, which might not sound that great, and prior to having made it, it's not something that would have grabed my attention, but it is THE BEST ice cream I have ever tasted.

Lisa's correct: the ice cream is not high in butterfat. It is lower in air which helps creates the great texture and intensity of flavor. Jeni's ice creams are between gelato & ice cream in terms of butterfat.

The yogurts (e.g. Cassis, Lemon, Mango Lassi) have some cream in them, but less than many of the other flavors.

Just in case it makes you feel better, I just wanted to note that Jeni's actually is not high enough in fat to be considered "super premium." And, the yogurt is made with whole milk instead of cream, so it's lower in fat than the regular ice cream.

My current favorite is Cassis yogurt. I could eat that every day. And sometimes I do, at work!
