Grilled Reuben from Danny’s Deli
Author: swampkitty05 // Category: Columbus, Eating Local, Restaurant Review, UncategorizedJust wanted to make a quick mention and post a pic of today’s lunch – a Grilled Reuben (made with coleslaw instead of sauerkraut, since they were out) from Danny’s Deli in Downtown Columbus. At $8.75, this ginormous sandwich is a much better bargain than Katzinger’s, and tastes way better as well. Don’t get me wrong, Katzy’s food is good, but truth be told, Danny’s has the edge in both taste and value.
Can you believe that there’s a sandwich even bigger than this one? Wow. Even though it’s a bit out of the way for me (near Broad and Front, with only daytime hours), I’ll probably be back the next time I’m jonesin’ for a corned beef sandwich.
If you’d like to go: Danny’s Deli, 37 W. Broad St (entrance on Front St), Columbus, 614.469.7040.

barry’s in the north market is hands-down best deli in town. Check it out. Corned beef is good, pastrami is good too.
