Easy Strawberry Cookies

And when I say easy, I mean *easy*. Start to finish to prepare the batter - 5 minutes. No joke. There’s a lady at the Clintonville Farmer’s Market that makes these, and they’re delicious. Not good for you or chock full of natural ingredients, but tasty. Kids would love these. I wonder if these would be just as good with other flavors of cake mix?

I made this recipe without the coconut & chopped nuts. I wouldnt recommend it! It must need these ingredients b/c the cookies tasted like a burnt grease ball without them. They were pretty though.
