    welcome back! And thanks for the recipe links; only skimmed thus far, but found a couple of real promising one–

    Alan, also back–from a month in Japan, and just restocking shelves after three days home, whirlwind visits to Coop, Patel Brothers, the Japanese store at Kenny Centre that’s changed it’s name/management since we were last there, Kroger; baked whole spelt bread, made a Thai Green Chili Tofu curry over mixed brown and red rice, after pasta last night. Lots of comfort vegan food after the month svoiding fish in Japan!
