Wow what a feast! I like the sound of the croquette-like sauerkraut balls with sausage in them. Happy birthday to your husband btw, wish him many happy returns from me. I’m sure he enjoyed the feast you’ve put on, I know I would.

those sauerkraut balls look like the definition of perfection!!! i will definitely be making those

p.s. when i make honey mustard i also like to throw in some paprika, it adds a little extra, try it next time if you like!

That looks amazing. Anyone can make a dinner reservation but taking the time to cook a nice meal? That effort really shows that you love someone. )
