I just ate there (July 2009) and had the fried alligator. It was delicious. I agree it is difficult to find. I must have passed it 3 times. Put a larger sign in the window…..

Chef Henry has really missed a trick by not posting that breakfast menu on his website. Thanks very much for fixing that omission — it looks pretty amazing. He said they do a lot of breakfast business, esp. the beignets.
