One Local Summer 2008 – Week 5

I decided to mix things up a bit for this week’s edition of One Local Summer by having that one meal be breakfast.
This one is absolutely 100% local (save for the oil used to fry the potatoes). The eggs are from 2Silos, the butter is homemade from Snowville Creamery heavy cream, and the soft scrambled eggs were put atop a piece of French Country bread from Omega Artisan Baking. The potatoes were from HW Organics, I believe, and the onions were from 2 Crows. Both the little piggy sausages and the bacon were from Thurn’s.
Love how easy it is to eat local in central Ohio!
