Columbus Foodie

One of my favorite food blogging events is Taste & Create – and this month, there’s a special edition of the event that focuses on grilling. I was paired with Min of The Bad Girl’s Kitchen for this one, and after perusing her grilling recipes, I settled on a Bobby Flay grilled flatbread recipe that she posted about.

In one word – awesome. I chose to top it with some olive oil and garlic, fresh mozzarella and tomato, and basil, salt and pepper for a makeshift margherita pizza. It came together quite easily, and will probably be the way I make pizza in the future.

I can’t wait to try other toppings.
