I can&#039;t find rhubarb anywhere, so I&#039;m going to substitute plums. Similar tart note, and they&#039;re abundant at the moment.</description>

		<description>Your pudding looks great!  I am glad it turned out great for you. As for the rhubarb, I looked up the word last night so I could as for it in Arabic.  Even my taxi driver said it&#039;s a bit late for it but maybe someone imported it.  So yeah...even here in Lebanon it&#039;s late in the season to make stuff with rhubarb but I will give a try.  I hope you decide to make something and I look forward to your next post.</description>

You could fiddle around with the cobbler filling recipe -- the basic idea seems to be a mix of sweet and tart fruit with a gingered biscuit topping. How about a mix of sweet and sour cherries instead? Or some other mix -- peaches taste great with ginger...</description>
