Looks beautiful! I didn’t have a chance to make your bonus recipe this month, but something that you describe as a cross between mousse and cheesecake will be worth trying at some point in the future.

I’m glad to hear that you are focusing on you health!! Foodie events are fun, but health is more important and you can still maintain an awesome blog without all of the events.
