They are better than Blocks, but still not very good--best you've had outside NY--then you haven't had much. If a bagel has to be toasted to be palatable--it's not very good. I consider meat to be anything like beef, lamb, pork; fish to be anything that swims, and poultry to be anything that has wings. If it were a vegetarian/vegan restaurant I would have stated that.
