		<description>Not sure what happened, Bob - those were the directions I followed and it turned out fine. Did you miss an ingredient? I know that the batter for this is usually thick, but I haven&#039;t had problems getting the apples in there.  </description>

Looks wonderful! - makes me want to drop a scoop of homemade vanilla ice cream on top.

It&#039;s interesting that we have the same recipe but got two different textures.  Mine turned out with more of a muffin texture, dense &amp; moist.
