		<description>I tried this recipe last night and was blown away by how much it resembled a restaurant quality dish. And it was really fast to prepare, although I found I had to add more water and reduce the sauce a second time at the end to give the chicken breasts enough time to cook through. Next time I think I&#039;ll try pounding them thinner so they&#039;ll cook faster. Thanks for sharing this one!</description>
