		<description>Made this last night...I will never make a pot roast any other way!!! I did mine in a dutch oven and boiled some good quality egg noodles to go with. 

I&#039;ve tried every way under the sun to make pot roast and this is the first time it&#039;s come out truly fall apart tender and moist instead dry and tough. The I also added an extra can of tomatoes  so we&#039;d have more sauce for the noodles...the sauce is so good too.

 I didn&#039;t peek at all during cooking, but only cooked it for 6.5 hours which turned out perfect. It might have been fine for 8 hours, but after so many dry roasts in the past, I didn&#039;t want to take any chances :-)
