Unfortunately, the place where I got them before (Holiday Baking Company in Worthington) is now a gluten free only bakery and no longer makes them.

My advice? Use the little rolls that Amy at Omega Baking in the North Market makes. I think they would be delicious with burgers.

Where can I get brioche buns in Columbus? I am making a black truffle burger and need them for the best result.

It's a bit further north of where the Fed Ex/Kinkos is. About a block or so, it's in a shopping center on the same side of the street right before you get to the next cross street. If you look it up on Google Maps, you can do a street view that will show you exactly where it is.

I'm trying to picture in my mind where this is. Is it as far down as DairyQueen/Kinkos/Mrs. Goodmans? On the map, it looks closer to the library but I can't think where it might be.

I got mine at Amazon.com (link to it is on the words Arepa Maker in my post). Sadly, I haven't used it to make arepas yet. I so have to go the Hispanic grocery down the street and get the proper flour.

I'm so glad to hear that Bella is doing well. Hopefully the medication will keep on working and she'll have a long, seizure free life from here on out.

I so want one of those arepa makers! I haven't seen them in Canada yet.
Your sliders look wonderful, I love brioche. I am really craving a burger now..
